Venture Client Programs
The Venture Client Programme from InsurTech Hub Munich is an innovation format that brings start-ups together with established insurers to jointly develop market-ready solutions for current challenges in the industry.
For our 2025 cohort, we are looking for startups in the areas of customer interface, data & AI, and sustainability that have already developed or are currently developing a use case for the insurance industry. Interested? Applications are open until July 11.
Venture Client Program - DNA of the InsurTech Hub Munich
Each year, we develop our Venture Client Program based on in-depth discussions with our partners from the insurance and technology industries and our expert communities. We identify, prioritize and design innovation focus areas that address real challenges in the industry.
This practical approach enables us to actively support the development of resilient, customer-centric, and future-proof solutions – driven by innovative startups. We focus on ventures with strong market access and growing demand in the insurance sector, creating targeted connections to the industry and helping them fully realize their economic potential.
Venture Client Program 2025
In the Venture Client Programme 2025, we examine our core themes of client interface, data and AI, and ESG with a focus on climate change – along the lines of the most pressing challenges facing the insurance industry. All of this takes place against the backdrop of an increasingly regulated environment, which must be considered when developing future-proof strategies.
Customer interface
Changing customer needs, new technologies, and FIDA regulations are opening up exciting opportunities. Together with you, we want to shape customer journeys and leverage new growth opportunities across industries!
Data & AI
Artificial intelligence and data remain key drivers for insurers. Together with you, we want to further develop our Scale AI program from last year – from smart infrastructure to value-creating use cases. Let's shape the future of the industry with data!
Sustainability
Climate change is putting insurance companies in the spotlight, and reporting requirements are increasing. Together with you, we want to see sustainability not just as a duty, but as an opportunity – for innovative products, services, and preventative solutions.
Expiry of the Venture Client Programme 2025
After intensive preparation with our community and partners, we are launching the global scouting campaign for the new ITHM Venture Client Programme. The programme traditionally concludes with the Insurance Innovation Summit at the end of November.
