Best of insurance on the social web and the InsurTech Hub Munich right in the middle of it. Christian Krause will be the keynote speaker at the "Social Media in the Insurance Industry" conference. Christian (Generali Deutschland) is part of the Hub's communications team and manages our social media channels. "Community management with trade fair content: InsurTechHub Munich's communication for the DIA 2017 conference" is the title of his presentation. Krause will present the InsurTech Hub activities surrounding the Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA) trade fair and explain the ITHM's community management with start-ups.
The event, which takes place once a year, is organized by Versicherungsforen Leipzig. Various speakers from the insurance industry and tech companies will provide detailed insights into Web 2.0 work and how insurance companies can use it.
