Munich, February 4, 2025 - InsurTech Hub Munich e.V. is pleased to welcome three new members to its Advisory Board. The 23-member Advisory Board is an important body of the association and supports its direction with expertise, experience and innovative strength. The new Advisory Board members - Dr. Josef Adersberger (QAware), Martin Pluschke (Nürnberger Versicherung) and Philip Schoyerer (Munich Re) - bring extensive knowledge and valuable perspectives from the fields of digitalization, technological transformation and insurance.

Dr. Josef Adersberger
Dr. Josef Adersberger is the managing partner of QAware GmbH, a leading software company based in Munich. Through his work, he has helped shape the topics of cloud migration and automation in the insurance industry in key projects. In 2021, he co-founded the venture capital fund Twip Impact Ventures. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the VHV Group since 2023. With his experience in innovation strategies and digitalization, he brings valuable impetus to the work of the InsurTech Hub Munich.
Martin Pluschke
Martin Pluschke is Senior Vice President Application Development at Nürnberger Versicherung and has built up a broad network through his work at CodeCamp:N and his activities in the start-up ecosystem. As an expert at the interface between business and IT, he will enrich the InsurTech Hub Munich with innovative approaches and practical ideas.
Philip Schoyerer
Philip Schoyerer, Client Management Executive for Non-Life Germany at Munich Re, has worked in strategic and sales roles in the reinsurance industry for many years. His experience in business development and innovation projects as well as his international perspective strengthen the strategic orientation of the organization. His focus on strategic partnerships perfectly complements the InsurTech Hub Munich network.
