The Swiss company has made a name for itself in the financial services sector of the DACH region with its CRM and customer experience solutions—and has already presented at the ITHM Summer Summit 2026 how brokers are evolving into “Bionic Agents.”
Executive Vice President of AI Sebastian Pitzler visited Munich’s Werksviertel to mark the new partnership and said: “We look forward to contributing our expertise, learning from one another, and working together with insurers, InsurTechs, and technology partners to advance practical solutions for the industry’s digital transformation.” According to Pitzler, the scope for deploying AI agents at the interface between customers and sales is enormous: “The goal here is to realize and scale new opportunities—not only for greater efficiency, but especially for more growth.”
