SCALE AI Sunrise Insights: We present the first results of a comprehensive study on scaling AI in the insurance industry, which was developed together with Deloitte. The focus is on strategic levers and success factors for anchoring artificial intelligence effectively and sustainably in insurance companies.
The study is based on in-depth interviews with board members and executives and shows how far the introduction of AI has progressed in the insurance sector. It identifies the biggest challenges and provides practical recommendations. A particular focus is placed on operating models that can support the successful scaling of AI in companies.
Miriam Natalie Hook, Managing Director of ITHM, will host the event. Lukas Feuerstein from Deloitte will present the key findings of the study.
