Genesys, a global leader in customer experience, joins InsurTech Hub Munich (ITHM) as a corporate partner, strengthening ITHM’s community of 30 insurance and technology companies. Genesys brings its experience and expertise in customer communications and offers ITHM’s international community of more than 600 startups various opportunities to scale. The new partnership continues ITHM’s successful growth trajectory from 2022. In the past year, German and international insurers such as Provinzial, ÖRAG Gruppe, IAG Firemark Ventures and Tokio Marine have joined ITHM, as has Google Cloud.
Many customers are familiar with personalized communication, 24/7 availability of service providers, and transparent and traceable processes from their everyday lives. This leads to expectations that customers also have of the insurance industry – as ITHM has just analyzed as part of its NXT:Customer Programme 2022. Genesys provides a cloud based omnichannel experience orchestration solution to global organizations and small and medium-sized enterprises in more than 100 countries. Their technology is used to deliver services across channels, at any time to each customer. As a result, the company’s expertise can make a significant contribution to addressing the challenges facing the insurance and InsurTech industries, and they will also share insights and use cases with ITHM’s open startup and enterprise community.
